To create transformation and job opportunities in rural areas, local communities have started various upliftment projects. One of these initiatives is to gather the fallen African rosewood seeds and sell them. Precious rosewood tree seeds break off and fall to the forest floor where they go to waste. Through this project, communities are able to provide for their families and honour the environment.
